Light, a bit shaky at high speeds but so far has a pretty good range. Mechanical disc brakes work fairly well and are sufficient for this unit. The frame is the Rockstar. Well built great welds and built-in bolts for add-on luggage rack, fendersI and front basket. Pleased

Great quality and fast turnaround

For under $1200, spectacular purchase. Bike arrived in just a few days and in perfect condition, put 50 miles on it this weekend. Only took about 15 minutes to assemble. Very sturdy and compact for travel. I have a couple other non folding bikes that cost 2k. I prefer the ride on this better. I did upgrade the seatpost to a suspension post and it rides so smooth!! (suntour sp12 and a Seatpost shim-27.2 to 33.9mm)

excellent, but no metal stamp

I have seen a lot of reviews saying the headlight is fake and throttle issues. I had the same issue with my bike when I got it but I felt very dumb when I found out that it was just a connector. If you follow the cord from the throttle when it goes into the spiral thingy, there is a little connector in there that is usually unplugged for some reason. When I plugged it in, the horn, headlight, and the throttle all worked. Obviously, the bike should come with that already connected but it is a very easy fix for a lot of people who have the same issue. Overall though, it is a great bike besides that issue.

Firstly, the customer service (CS) provided by this company is top-notch! I was planning a trip with the family and wanted to bring ebikes with us. We had rented some on other trips and found them so much fun that I decided to purchase them before this trip. I was specifically looking for something relatively compact and these fit the bill. I had planned to buy multiple but wanted 1 to test before purchasing the rest. The issue was I decided this only 3 weeks prior to the trip. I reached out to customer service prior to buying the 1st one and they assured me we could make it work. I received the 1st bike 7 days later. Unboxing and putting together was really easy, even by myself. I think anyone that's able to lift 50 lbs or so can also easily do it alone. To my surprise, it also came with a multi-tool kit and therefore no additional tools were needed! Also not readily apparent during purchase is it comes with a keyed bike lock (with mounting bracket) and basket for the front. As others have reviewed here, mine also arrived with the bottom battery housing broken (picture attached). I reached back out to CS and within hours received a reply stating that a new housing had been ordered and will be shipped from China. While the broken housing didn't prevent operation, it did allow the battery to shake and rattle while riding. Placing a kitchen cleaning sponge under the battery before locking it into place was a great temporary fix (picture attached).

It was packaged well and the attention to detail by the manufacturer was immediately noticeable through a unique set of features, a well-written manual, and on-frame labeling. There were some minor gripes, but I will get to them later. The orange color stood out, was unexpectedly pleasant to look at, and the bicycle was VERY fun to ride! Whichever team designed it, made the color choices, and selected the handle and seat material and color scheme should pat themselves on their backs for an artistic job well-done.
